1. Return Eligibility

• You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless there was a manufacturing error or defect.
• Clearance items are also non-returnable.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order is already processed or shipped.

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and include your RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

6. Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Shipping Costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
