Order Processing Time
Most of our mascot costumes are made to order. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.
Processing time is separate from the shipping times listed below. To estimate when your order will arrive, please allow for both order processing and transit time.
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times
The following estimates apply after your order has shipped. Available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
1. Free Shipping
- North America: 10–14 business days.
- Europe: 12–16 business days.
- Other Regions: 14–24 business days.
Cost: Free for qualifying orders. If your order qualifies, this option will be available at checkout.
2. Standard Shipping
- North America: 7–10 business days.
- Europe: 9–14 business days.
- Other Regions: 11–20 business days.
Cost: USD 80 per order for North America. Shipping charges for Europe and other regions are calculated based on the delivery location and displayed at checkout.
3. Expedited Shipping
- North America: 4–7 business days.
- Europe: 6–11 business days.
- Other Regions: 8–17 business days.
Cost: Expedited shipping costs more than standard shipping. Charges depend on the delivery location and the number of items ordered. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
Planning for Your Event
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, public holidays, weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery.
If you need your costume for a specific event, please order early and contact our customer service team before placing your order to discuss your timeline. Expedited shipping reduces transit time; order processing time still applies.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries and regions. Shipping availability for your address will be shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. Where applicable, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are separate from shipping fees. Free shipping refers to the shipping charge only.
Delivery Issues
Delayed or Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or tracking shows a delivery problem, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking details so we can help investigate.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging to help us review the issue. Please keep the packaging while we assist you.
