By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Use of the Website

Use this website only for lawful purposes.
Do not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.
Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information when ordering.
Use only payment methods that you are authorized to use.

3. Product Descriptions and Pricing

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options.

Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting. Made-to-order costumes may have minor variations in appearance, but they must still conform to the agreed description and specifications.

Prices and availability may change for future purchases. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.

4. Orders and Payment

Payment is required when you place your order. We accept:

PayPal.
Credit and debit cards processed through PayPal, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Google Pay, where available at checkout.
Apple Pay, where available at checkout.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your device, browser, location, and card eligibility. Please review your order details and total charges before completing payment.

Once payment has been successfully processed, we will send an order confirmation email. Please contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

We may need to decline or cancel an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, a material listing error cannot be resolved, or the order involves suspected fraud or unlawful activity. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated shipping charges.

5. Custom Orders

For custom mascot costumes, please provide clear design requirements and review any specifications sent for your approval. Agreed specifications will form the basis of your order.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or other materials you submit, and authorize us to use those materials to fulfill your order.

If you request changes after placing an order, we will explain whether they are possible and whether they affect the price or schedule. Additional charges require your agreement before we proceed.

6. Order Processing and Shipping

Most of our costumes are made to order. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Please review our Delivery Information page for shipping methods, estimated transit times, and charges. Available options and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need a costume for a specific event, please contact us before ordering to discuss your timeline.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide delay, cancellation, and refund options as required by applicable law.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which are the customer's responsibility where applicable.

7. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Product Issues

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Available options may depend on the order's status and any conditions disclosed before purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not match the agreed description, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Clear photos of the item and packaging can help us review your request.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer rights available under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, belongs to CheapMascot.com or the respective rights holders and may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Purchasing a costume does not transfer copyright, trademark ownership, or other intellectual property rights in its design.

9. Third-Party Services and Privacy

Payment services and other third-party features may be subject to their providers' own terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CheapMascot.com will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to access, the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights relating to purchased products remain unaffected.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you, existing orders remain subject to the Terms in effect when they were placed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

This provision does not remove any consumer protections that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to you.
