Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If any details are incorrect, please contact us promptly.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled order or items.

If you request a custom mascot costume, please provide clear and accurate design requirements. Any specifications agreed with our team will form the basis of your custom order.

For artwork, logos, or other materials you submit, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use them and authorize us to use them to complete your order.

If you wish to change a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will explain whether the change is possible and whether it affects the price or schedule. Any additional charges require your agreement before we proceed.

6. Processing and Delivery

Please review our Delivery Information page for order processing times, shipping options, estimated transit times, and shipping charges. Processing time is separate from transit time unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you need a costume for a particular event, please contact us before ordering to discuss your timeline.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide delay, cancellation, and refund options as required by applicable law.

7. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Product Issues

Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Available options may depend on the order's status and any terms disclosed before purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not match the agreed description, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can assist you.
